Rental Rates:
We do not change rates by the season, as we simply offer clean, comfortable lodging at an always reasonable rate. That said, our rates are:
Daily: $100 per night. (3 Night Minimum)
One Week: $665
Two Weeks: $1260
Three Weeks: $1785
Monthly: $2100
We add State and County Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes totaling 17.75% to the rental amount, and assess a single cleaning fee of $100.
Seaview Suite Accommodations
-We require advance payment in full for stays less than one week.
-Otherwise, we will confirm a reservation with a deposit payment of $150.00. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Payment may be by check, or we can send an invoice through PayPal that may be paid with your credit card of choice.
-We will refund in full for cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days, we will refund if we re-book the suite.
-Please note that the Seaview Suite is suitable for no more than two adult guests. We do not allow pets or smoking on the premises.
