When you are not chasing rainbows:

Choice beaches, including Salt Pond Beach and Poipu Beach are just minutes away. A visit to the fabulous Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park is a must-do. There you will find gorgeous mountain views, tropical forests, excellent hiking trails, waterfalls, and more. 

We keep a notebook with suggested activities etc., in the suite, along with a copy of "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook".  We suggest that guests obtain their own copy of the guidebook prior to arrival...

There are three restaurants in Kalaheo town, less than two miles from the Seaview Suite:

• The Kalaheo Café and Coffee Company, excellent for breakfast/brunch or casual dining with an eclectic menu.

• Brick Oven Pizza, offering pizza and other Italian fare, with a bargain buffet on Mondays and Thursdays.

•Kauai Kookie, an outlet for their delicious cookies, a convenience store, and a sandwich shop that also offers local style box lunches, etc.  

An excellent 9-hole golf course is just a few blocks from the Seaview Suite. The Kukuiolono Golf Course is a bargain with green fees of just $15 for nine or eighteen holes. We can lend you some clubs and a pullcart...
